Refund Policy

At Project Intervene, we are committed to providing professional, high-quality services, including consulting, inspections, project management, certifications, specifications, and related services. All fees paid for our services are generally non-refundable once any work has commenced, including time spent on consultations, assessments, site inspections, reporting, documentation, research, or preparation. This ensures that the time, effort, and resources invested in your project are protected.

Refund requests will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and must be submitted in writing within seven days of the service being delivered. Any refund that is granted will take into account the work already performed, time spent, and costs incurred by the Company on behalf of the Client. Where a partial refund is provided, it is final and does not obligate the Company to provide any further compensation.

Services for which reports, recommendations, or documentation have been provided, or where work has commenced or been scheduled, are not eligible for refunds. This includes, but is not limited to, pre-settlement inspections, dilapidation reports, progress claim assistance, building certifications, consultancy, advisory services, and project management work.

By engaging our services, Clients acknowledge that all work is performed in good faith and that the Company’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the services rendered. The Company is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the provision of services.

The Company reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically to remain informed of any changes.
